Top jockey Kieren Fallon was “disappointed and very sorry” after the Court of Appeal ruled he would not be able to race in today’s Epsom Derby.

Kieren Fallon will not ride Recital in this afternoon’s Investec Derby after the British Court of Appeal overturned an earlier ruling allowing him to take part.
