People living in two villages in South Cork are to gather a petition against the axing of their bus service, which has left many students and pensioners stranded.

MEMBERS of Shanagarry guild in east Cork enthusiastically entered many sections in the Ballycotton Show on August 15. Their efforts were rewarded and the ladies carried home plenty of prizes.
