A shareholder of BlackBerry Ltd sued the company and executives on Friday, accusing them of inflating the stock price by painting a misleadingly rosy picture of the prospects of its BlackBerry 10 smartphone line.

A class action lawsuit has been filed against BlackBerry by a shareholder claiming that the Canadian company misled investors about its future, including how the BlackBerry Z10 smartphone would fare against competitors.
