Around 90 billion barrels of oil and a third of the world’s undiscovered natural gas lie beneath an area north of the Arctic Circle, according to a new survey.

Only a third of the world’s polar bears may be left within 50 years because of thinning sea ice from global warming in the Arctic, the US Geological Survey said.
