HEALTH Minister Mary Harney has told campaigners attempting to prevent the downgrading of a major rural hospital they will be consulted about any service changes.

THE impending decision to relocate acute hospital services from South Tipperary General Hospital in Clonmel to other centres in the south-east is being dressed up in fancy clothes and is called “reconfiguration”.
