Swiss Dario Cologna took the gold in the men’s 15km free cross country skiing competition at Whistler Olympic Park in a time of 33 minutes 36.3 seconds.

IRELAND’S Kirsty McGarry is almost certain to give the Ladies Super G downhill event tomorrow a miss in order to concentrate on the Ladies Slalom events scheduled for February 22 and 24.
