Bestseller Retail Ireland Limited, the company behind a number of well known clothing stores, has welcomed the appointment today by the High Court of an Examiner to the company.

ONE of the country’s largest bookshop chains, Hughes and Hughes, has gone into receivership, with the loss of 225 jobs.

Bestseller Retail (Ireland) Limited, the holding company behind a number of well-known clothing stores, are set to shed 80 jobs after being granted interim examinership by the High Court.
