Kenya's Mary Keitany set a new world record to win the women's London Marathon as Daniel Wanjiru took victory in the men's race.

Mary Keitany today retained her Virgin London Marathon title as Kenyan women enjoyed a 1-2-3 on the streets of the British capital.

Kenyans Sammy Kosgei and Mary Keitany demolished the existing world records when storming to victories at the BIG 25 kilometres road race in Berlin this morning.
