RTÉ broadcaster Ryan Tubridy has come to the rescue of two Garth Brooks fans who were left “distraught” after failing to secure tickets for the star’s concerts in Croke Park, despite having camped outside a ticket shop for two nights in freezing conditions.

Gardaí had to be called to a Limerick shop selling Garth Brooks concert tickets when furious fans raged after failing to secure tickets for his Croke Park gigs in July.
