AN undertaker and car salesman appeared in court on a summons alleging he exhumed the body of an elderly man from a graveyard near Patrickswell without the necessary licence from Limerick County Council.

GARDAÍ confirmed yesterday they are preparing a file for the DPP about the digging up of the remains of a pensioner and his reburial in Patrickswell.

PENSIONER Josie Graham’s dying wishes have been undone after his remains were dug up in a mysterious exhumation and reburied in another cemetery nearby.
