Ashton Kutcher is to play Steve Jobs in an independent film about the late Apple chief’s life, a spokeswoman for the Two and a Half Men actor said yesterday.

It being election year Stateside, this charming comedy comes at a telling time … and takes a swipe at both Republicans and Democrats with equal glee.
