Americans and a 'British woman' – believed to be from the North – were among the terrorists who attacked a Nairobi shopping mall, killing more than 60 people, Kenya’s foreign minister said today.

Troops have wrested control of nearly all the Nairobi shopping mall two days after it was seized by armed Islamic terrorists who killed at least 62 people, the government claimed tonight.
