St Michael’s progressed to a third straight Cork Premier IFC final, and a fourth in five years as a one-sided first half put them firmly in control of this semi-final replay against Kanturk at Páirc Uí Rinn yesterday.

Kanturk and Cill Na Martra served up a football treat in horrific weather conditions in Millstreet on Saturday.

Three goals in as many second half minutes earned Kanturk victory at the expense of Castletownbere in an error-strewn Cork PIFC first round replay at Ballingeary yesterday.

Having already won the county Premier IHC title, Kanturk completed a double in holding on to edge out Mitchelstown in the IFC decider at Páirc Uí Rinn.
