Mayo farmer Padraig Nally is reportedly set to give evidence at the inquest into the death of the man he killed more than two years ago.

The son of a Traveller shot dead by Mayo farmer Padráig Nally has said the death F***ed up his whole family and that the accused had been allowed to walk around “Scotch free”.

The prosecution in the trial of a Co Mayo farmer who has pleaded not guilty to the manslaughter of a traveller more than two years ago, has claimed he hit the deceased like a badger, before shooting him as he tried to limp away.
