CORK Harlequins’ challenge for the EBS Women’s Club Championships began badly at Belfield last night when they were on the wrong end of a 1-0 scoreline against Pegasus in Pool B.

SINCE their departure from the Irish Senior Cup at the hands of Pembroke Wanderers back in January, Cork Harlequins have had only one aim in mind and that has been this weekend’s ESB Women’s Club Championships at Belfield.
