A marketing agency, whose clients include some of the country’s biggest firms, is unable to pay its debts, the Circuit Civil Court was told yesterday.

The second quarter of the year saw a significant increase in Circuit Court usage by SMEs applying for examinership.

New legislation to be introduced by the Government is expected to cut the cost of examinership for small businesses by 30% by allowing them to take cases through the Circuit Court.
