A BARRISTER representing an English company which manufactures diving equipment alleged to be responsible for up to 16 deaths, yesterday denied that their equipment was at fault.

A TOP diver was one of 16 people who died in the last five years using sophisticated re-breathing equipment, an inquest heard yesterday.
