A judge issued the second arrest warrant in less than a week against former Argentinian president Isabel Peron, summoning her for questioning about a death squad that terrorised the country during her 1974-76 rule.

A former police officer alleged to have been a member of a far-right death squad active in Argentina during the mid-1970s has been arrested in Spain on a warrant to face murder charges in his native country.
