A dispute over the legality of the detention of two men alleged to have murdered dissident republican Peter Butterly continued today at the Special Criminal Court.

A Tallaght teenager who took part in a robbery in which he dropped a DVD player on a garda’s head has been given a three-year suspended sentence at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.
