It looks like Aiken Promotions will not be going to the High Court in a last ditch effort to save the five Garth Brooks concerts.

Garth Brook's Management team attempted to make contact with Enda Kenny yesterday but he was otherwise engaged with matters of the cabinet reshuffle.
