The HSE has agreed to pay for two children to receive the only medicine that can treat their rare disease.

TV3’s director of programmes, Ben Frow, is taking Ireland’s much-loved newsreader Anne Doyle out to lunch next week to see if she wants to work with RTÉ’s rival network.

TV3 has declared war on RTÉ in a battle for ratings as well as a challenge to end the state broadcaster’s access to dual funding from advertising and the TV licence fee.
