A Dublin criminal has been found not guilty of murdering teenager Marioara Rostas in the city six years ago.

The murder of Marioara Rostas was a precise execution and not a crime of passion or temper, the Central Criminal Court has heard.

A man who said he helped dispose of Marioara Rostas’s body said he wanted to give a statement against the man charged with murdering her, despite knowing he too could be charged, his solicitor has said.
