PJ Cooney and Davey Fitzgerald had good wins in the Munster intermediate championship during a weekend packed with championship scores in all grades.

Martin Coppinger and Eddie Carr will face each other in the rescheduled All-Ireland senior final at Béal na mBláth on Saturday, August 24.

Donal Riordan and William O’Driscoll had good wins in the Munster intermediate championship, beating brothers Anthony and Noel Gould respectively.
