The case of an Irishman, who is wanted in the US, and is alleged to be “the largest facilitator of child porn in the world” has been adjourned to allow for him to go to the Court of Appeal.

An Irishman who is wanted in the US and was described as “the largest facilitator of child porn in the world” has failed in an application to seek judicial review of the DPP’s decision not to prosecute him here.

The High Court will rule tomorrow on whether a 28-year-old Irishman, described by an FBI special agent as "the largest facilitator of child porn on the planet," can bring a second application for bail.
