A JUDGE has ordered that a West Limerick farmer now in his sixth week in prison for contempt be brought before Limerick Circuit Court tomorrow.

A LIMERICK farmer in jail for the past week for refusing to leave a neighbouring farm, was like Margaret Thatcher — not for turning, a court heard yesterday.

THE contempt case against a man who occupied the property of two bachelor brothers who died without leaving a will for their small holding will be resumed at a special court sitting next Friday.
