Indonesian judges today sentenced two Islamic militants to up to 18 years in prison for involvement in the 2005 terrorist attacks on Bali, saying they helped make explosives used in the blasts and videotaped confessions of the suicide bombers.

Prosecutors today sought prison terms of between 10 and 15 years for four militants charged in the 2005 restaurant bombings on Indonesia’s Bali island.
