Foot Solution, owned by the Troy Murphy Syndicate from Kildare, nominated by Leo Walsh, and bred by Con Guiney from Meelin, Co. Cork took the €40,000 prize when winning the Irish Cup at Limerick Racecourse yesterday.

Duarigle Darwin, winner of the Ballyarthur Stakes at Fermoy and Grange meeting at the beginning of the season, collected the all-age Agnes O’Brien Cup at Blarney, yesterday after being declared the winner when Young Dilemma was withdrawn from the decider.
