DECLAN KELLY, who recently stepped down as the US economic envoy to the North, is to join forces with Bill Clinton and Tony Blair in a private equity and international consultancy business.

Former President Bill Clinton, who had quadruple bypass surgery more than five years ago, was taken to hospital to have a clogged heart artery opened after suffering discomfort in his chest.

Bill Clinton underwent heart surgery today, an aide to the former US president said.
