The wife of recaptured fugitive Donald Newbury pleaded with him to give himself up before he and fellow escaped convict Patrick Murphy surrendered to police.

Two armed escaped convicts have surrendered to police after they were cornered in a Colorado hotel.

Police have surrounded a hotel in Colorado where two of the seven inmates who escaped from a Texas prison are holed up.
