The Cork team contains six players who featured in last August’s All-Ireland U20 final triumph.

Also included in the 24-man panel are four members of last year's All-Ireland-winning Cork minor team.

All-Ireland champions Cork and beaten finalists Galway lead the way in the Electric Ireland minor football team of the year, with four players from either county selected.

Earlier this summer, the Cork minor footballers had shown admirable resilience when picking themselves up off the floor following a 19-point thumping at home to Kerry and successfully keeping their season alive eight days later in Ennis.

There are four Munster final debutants in the Kerry team to face Cork at Páirc Uí Chaoimh tomorrow evening.
