An Indonesian militant was today sentenced to death for helping plan and carry out last year’s suicide bombing at the Australian Embassy.

Indonesian police have arrested a key terror suspect wanted for the 2002 Bali bombings, last year’s attack on a Jakarta hotel and a suicide blast in September at the Australian embassy.
