Carr quits Cavan after Cork mauling

CAVAN are on the lookout for a new senior football manager after Tommy Carr last night decided to bring the curtain down on his two-year reign in charge.

THE All-Ireland SFC qualifier between Kildare and Antrim will go ahead as scheduled tomorrow night in Newbridge, and Dermot Earley jnr will be available to line out for the Lilywhites.
