The GAA and the Australian Football League (AFL) will meet in Dubai this week for talks in a bid to restore the future of the International Rules series.

GAA president Nickey Brennan has commended those who held an open meeting in Toomebridge, Co Derry last week to voice their opposition to government grants for GAA players.
