HOLIDAY firms are unlikely to make any significant changes to package tours following a Supreme Court ruling in favour of a woman who tripped in a Spanish hotel.

SELECT Hotels of Ireland have launched a deal to encourage Irish families to check out undiscovered regions of the country.

The country’s largest tour operator, Budget Travel, has accused its competition of ripping off consumers by charging “stealth charges” to disguise the true cost of package holidays.
