Oscar-winning actor Jeremy Irons is to be bestowed with the title of honorary Corkman later this month when he is guest of honour at the 21st anniversary of the Cork Person of the Year awards.

JEREMY IRONS has signed up as an ambassador for the new body promoting Cork as a film location.
