A JURY found a middle-aged Fermoy woman not guilty of murder but guilty of manslaughter in the case where the victim was found weeks later submerged in a slurry pit.

THE jury in the trial of a woman accused of murdering a man nicknamed Gold-tooth whose body was found weeks later in a slurry pit at the back of a farmhouse will continue their deliberations today.

A WOMAN on trial for murdering a man known as “Gold-tooth” allegedly told the victim’s ex-partner she smashed his head in with a mallet, claiming she did it for her.
