ADARE, the printing group and academic book publisher, is being primed for a sale by its private equity owners.

Dublin-based ticket-printing firm Adare is being primed for a sale that could fetch €221m (£150m), it emerged today.

THE printing firm and book publisher Adare posted a net loss of just over €2 million last year, according to accounts just filed at the Companies Registration Office.
