A High Court judge has ordered a Dublin city centre property described as a potential fire safety risk be vacated by all its residents by July 9.

Twenty people who had been staying at a Dublin City centre premises described as a potential fire safety danger are to leave the property over the coming days and weeks the High Court has heard.

Up to twenty people are staying at a Dublin City centre premises described as a potential fire safety danger and a risk to the general public.

A Dublin City centre premises which houses a textile business and is used for residential purposes is a fire safety risk and must be vacated immediately.
