A 19-year-old Galway man was sentenced to 12 years for the manslaughter of his school friend, today at the Central Criminal Court.

A Co Galway man admitted the manslaughter of another man in Ballinasloe last year when he appeared at the Central Criminal Court in Dublin today.

A MAN was charged yesterday in relation to a stabbing incident in which a 19-year-old was fatally injured.
