FORMER Olympic sprinter Tim Montgomery has been sentenced to three years and 10 months in prison for his role in a cheque-fraud scheme.

The agent of Marion Jones insists he is not aware of plans to exclude the former triple Olympic champion from European meetings because of links to the Bay Area Laboratory Co-operative (BALCO).
