Frozen food favourite Captain Birdseye is being demoted after 47 years as the public face of fish fingers in a shake-up of the brand.

IRISH captain Brian O’Driscoll and fellow centre Gordon D’Arcy have flown to Spala in Poland to continue their rehabilitation from their hamstring injuries.
