Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood lead the nominations at his year’s Country Music Television (CMT) Awards.

Kevin Costner said he hopes to return to Alberta to support those affected by the collapse of an outdoor stage during a severe thunderstorm which killed one person and injured dozens more at a country music festival in the Canadian city.
