SIX people have been convicted of child abuse and sentenced to prison in a case where two young brothers were put in a cage and tortured by their mother.

A STUDENT in Norway who posed as a 13-year-old boy turned out to be a 33-year-old woman on the run from police investigating a child abuse case in the Czech Republic.
