PATRICK MAGEE, the IRA man who planted the Brighton bomb which killed five people during the Conservative Party conference almost 20 years ago, has said: “I stand by my actions.”

Brighton bomber Patrick Magee is to return to the city for the first time to talk to the daughter of one of the victims of the 1984 blast.
