A youth and a 16-year-old are to stand trial accused of the murder of German student Thomas Heinrich, who died following a stabbing in Dublin in December.

A 59-year-woman charged in connection with the death of her former husband in Dublin 25 years ago has been granted bail today.

A 59-year-old woman wept in court after telling gardaí “I’m innocent” when she was charged with assault with intent to murder her former husband who died after he was attacked in his south Dublin home in 1988.
