Amos Adamu is to take his case to the Court of Arbitration for Sport after FIFA’s appeals committee upheld a three-year ban following the Sunday Times investigation into World Cup bidding.

FIFA’s appeals committee has upheld bans on two executive committee members who had suspensions imposed following the Sunday Times investigation into World Cup bidding.

FIFA executive committee members Amos Adamu and Reynald Temarii have been suspended from all football-related activity for three years and one year respectively in relation to allegations of corruption regarding World Cup votes.

Amos Adamu, the Nigerian official provisionally suspended by FIFA over bribery allegations, today denied any wrongdoing.
