More than 1,800 Leaving Certificate students took on Applied Maths papers which opened the last day of exams in 2014.

Three years of science education were assessed for 55,000 Junior Certificate students, whose exams filled their morning timetable.

The Leaving Certificate ended with a range of subjects including technology papers for 1,100 students.
