SHI’ITES will get the largest share of ministries in Iraq in proposals for a new cabinet submitted yesterday to the president by Prime Minister-designate Ibrahim al-Jaafari.

After months of haggling, Iraq's Prime Minister-designate Ibrahim al-Jaafari has completed a draft cabinet list, which he is submitting to the president, a spokesman said today.
