After the drubbing their seniors took on Sunday, Laois showed there is plenty of spirit left in the county with a wonderful win over Dublin in the Bord Gais Energy Leinster U21 HC quarter-final last night.

DUBLIN recovered from a sloppy opening to prevail by 13 points over a limited Offaly in their one-sided Leinster Under-21 hurling championship semi-final at a sun-kissed Parnell Park last night.

SLICK Kilkenny demolished Offaly by 12 points in yesterday’s ESB Leinster MHC semi-final at O’Connor Park, Tullamore. The ‘Cats’, managed by Richie Mulrooney, face Dublin in the final next Sunday at Croke Park.
