Waterford City and County Council is to demolish, within weeks, a derelict 113-year-old grain store on a quayside site earmarked for a €300m development project.

THE People Before Profit organisation in Waterford city has called on the City Council and the Chamber of Commerce to “facilitate attendance” for local residents, community groups, trade unionists and local environmental activists at a regeneration conference.
